New Version (3.1.1.1) v3-20080301.zip

Here's the new version i've been promising; I finally had time to swat some bugs, and I thought I'd better get this out. It's been a while ...

I don't think I've missed anything, or forgotten any issues I was going to work on. Please let me know if I've messed anything up ...
